1. Who we are

SnuggleNest is an online shop of Betterdays BV, Weg naar As 341 bus 21, 3600 Genk, Belgium, VAT number BE 0772.295.885. Contact: via our contact form.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order on this website. By ordering, you accept them.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. The sale is concluded once you complete payment and we confirm your order by e-mail.

4. Delivery

We deliver to Belgium, the Netherlands and France, to the address you provide, within the time stated on the Shipping page and no later than 30 days. If that is not possible, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind. All details are on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.

6. Guarantee

You are entitled to the 2-year legal guarantee for defects that existed at delivery. Report a defect within 2 months of discovering it.

7. Using the products

Always follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the product. Do not leave your pet unattended with electrical products or small parts.

8. Privacy

We only use your data to process your order and, if you wish, to send you our newsletter. Read more in our privacy policy.

9. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. If we cannot resolve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be). Belgian law applies.
